SIGLENT's SSG3000X series of signal generators cover a frequency range from 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz/3.2 GHz. These generators offer standard analog modulation options such as AM, FM, and PM, along with pulse modulation and a pulse train generator. Additionally, when coupled with a baseband generator like the SDG6000X, they can produce IQ modulated signals. The SSG3000X series, known for their high accuracy and pure outputs, are ideal for applications in research and development, education, and manufacturing.
