The 720212 module delivers high-speed, high-precision data capture at 200 MS/s with 14-bit resolution, enabling detailed analysis of switching events, transients, and noise. Its optically isolated input channels and IsoPRO™ fiber-based technology provide up to 1 kV isolation, ensuring safe and accurate measurements even in high-voltage environments while minimizing interference. With excellent signal integrity from its wide dynamic range and low noise floor, it captures true system behavior critical for power and control analysis. Fully compatible with Yokogawa ScopeCorder (DL950) and SL2000 platforms, it integrates seamlessly into existing setups and is specifically designed for demanding applications such as inverter testing, EV drivetrain development, and renewable energy systems.
