The F504TS is a coaxial calibration assembly comprising both F504MS and F504FS sets. These economy 50Ω N type coaxial mechanical calibration standards consist of fixed terminations, open circuits, short circuits, and through adaptors, covering a frequency range from DC to 9 GHz. The performance specifications of F504MS and F504FS closely resemble those of the Keysight 85032F mechanical calibration kit. Therefore, they can function as approximate substitutes for the 85032F kit or be integrated with the 85032F standard in network analyzers.
