Mixed Signal hardware option for the four-channel SDS1000X-E、SDS2000X-E、SDS800X HD and SDS1000X HD oscilloscope series.

NOTE: The oscilloscope will require MSO activation license software (Part number SDS1000X-E-16LA or SDS2000X-E-16LA). Also, Four-channel SDS1000X-E scopes require firmware version 6.1.20 or greater
