The SIGLENT SNA5000A series Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) offer frequency ranges of 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, supporting 2-port and 4-port scattering parameter, differential parameter, and time-domain parameter measurements. These VNAs are ideal for analyzing filters, determining Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss.
Equipped with advanced features, the SNA5000A series includes impedance conversion, measurement plane movement, limit testing, ripple testing, fixture simulation, and adapter removal/insertion adjustments. It offers five sweep modes: Linear-Frequency, Log-Frequency, Power-Sweep, CW-Time, and Segment-Sweep, ensuring versatility across different test scenarios.
Additionally, the SNA5000A series supports scattering-parameter correction methods such as SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response, providing enhanced accuracy and flexibility for both R&D and manufacturing applications.
