The SDS2000X HD series of high-resolution digital storage oscilloscopes from SIGLENT are equipped with advanced features, including 2 GSa/s, 12-bit Analog-Digital Converters, and front ends that deliver exceptional noise floor performance. These oscilloscopes are offered in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz, featuring a maximum record length of 200 Mpts/ch and supporting the display of 4 analog channels along with 16 digital channels for mixed-signal analysis.

Utilizing Siglent’s SPO technology, the SDS2000X HD series achieves a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 100,000 wfm/s in normal mode and an impressive 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. It incorporates a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode for enhanced visualization. The oscilloscopes employ an innovative digital trigger system characterized by high sensitivity and low jitter. This trigger system supports various powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering. Additional tools, such as History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Mask Test, Bode Plot, Power Analysis, and Histogram, facilitate the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records.

The SDS2000X HD series is equipped with an array of measurement and mathematical capabilities. It also offers options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator and supports serial decoding. The user interface is designed for efficiency, with a large 10.1’’ capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures. The user-friendly UI design enhances operational efficiency, and the oscilloscopes support mouse control and remote web control over LAN.
