Digital Oscilloscope

  • 200 MHz Bandwidth
  • 4 Channels
  • 200Mpts sample rate

The SDS2000X Plus series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes by SIGLENT are offered in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz, and 100 MHz, boasting a remarkable maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, and a generous maximum record length of 200 Mpts per channel, supporting up to 4 analog channels alongside 16 digital channels for mixed-signal analysis.

Leveraging SIGLENT's SPO technology, the SDS2000X Plus series achieves a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode and an impressive 500,000 wfm/s in Sequence mode. It incorporates a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode for enhanced visualization. The digital trigger system, characterized by high sensitivity and low jitter, supports various triggering modes, including serial bus triggering. Advanced features like History waveform recording, Sequence acquisition, and Search and Navigate functions enable the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records.

The SDS2000X Plus series offers a comprehensive set of measurement and mathematical capabilities, with options for a 50 MHz waveform generator, serial decoding, mask test, bode plot, and power analysis. A notable 10-bit acquisition mode caters to applications demanding resolutions beyond the standard 8 bits.

Featuring a large 10.1'' capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures, the SDS2000X Plus enhances user interaction. The oscilloscopes also facilitate remote web control, mouse, and external keyboard support, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Models in the SDS2000X Plus series include SDS2354X Plus, SDS2204X Plus, SDS2104X Plus, and SDS2102X Plus.

Key Features of the SDS2000X Plus series:
